Should I use the edge and train during the golf season?

Of course it’s equally as important for a golfer to train during the
season. The frequency and duration of the workouts will decrease but
A golfer should never totally stop exercising.


Will I get bulked up or too sore to workout?

No, the edge is designed to develop more lean and functional muscle. Think of the cover of men’s fitness or mans health magazine, this is the kind of body the edge helps develop.

If you saw the movie Troy with Brad Pitt then you can see what kind of body the

Rick, I have never heard of you before, How are you Americas top golf fitness trainer?

One of the reasons why I am relatively unknown is I am considered the
Mad Scientist of golf fitness.

I spend a majority of my time behind the scenes, creating new exercises, testing new moves and refining the unfair golf advantage workout

I often wake up in the middle of the night with an idea for the edge and end up staying up for hours perfecting the new movements.
